Brock Wickford was one of Joe Carroll's followers and former militia member turned mercenary.
Biography[]
Brock was assigned by Roderick, along with Vincent, both former "Constitutionalist extremist" militia, to apprehend Claire for Joe. They fail the first time however, Brock is then killed later by a shotgun at night failing to get Claire back again by Tyson.
